Bridging Differences Playbook

Scott created the Bridging Differences Playbook in collaboration with the Greater Good Science Center at University of California, Berkeley. He translated research on courage, curiosity, and connection into practical tools for fostering understanding and relationships across differences.

More than 400,000 leaders in fields like education, healthcare, and business have downloaded the Playbook to move beyond polarization toward more meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Scott also led the development of the Bridging Differences online course, which has been taken by more than 10,000 educators, and the Playbook designed specifically for higher education.
